Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to the Aristocratic Spy to learn that the mastermind behind the Inquisition's incursion has been spotted.
Head back down the hill where the spy is camped and strike out West until you reach a lake. Head South and then West along the lake’s edge until you find Inquisitor Ortlewyn.
Talk to him and then kill him.
Head East back to the road, and then follow it all the way North to Noriath Temple. Go around to the East side of the temple and talk to Lumen Priest Benewion for your reward.
