Detailed Walkthrough
It's a nice afternoon in Wargfels when you recieve a message asking for help. It's a sorceress named Bee'Ter, who is in the Kuan temple in the village outskirts. You go there and talk to Bee'Ter: she explains some Testa fanatics attacked Barny, their torchlight supplier; now the torchlight procession can't take place!
You walk to the north entrance to the village, and there you find the Testa fanatics. You kill them all, and you pick up the torchlights they were carrying. Now its time to bring them back to the Kuan temple.
You are now back in the temple, with Bee'Ter. As you have recovered their torchlights, the procession is now safe.
As she promised, Bee'Ter gives you an amulet in exchange for your help.
