This is a Spell Damage Based Combat Art.

Skills and Attributes
The following skills will affect this combat art:
- Lightning Spells Lore - improves combat art damage, critical chance and casting speed, allows for modification points.
- Lightning Spells Focus - reduces regeneration time and allows for higher level combat art without penalty, allows for modification points.
- Concentration - directly improves regeneration time
- Ancient Magic - directly improves combat art damage and lowers opponents' resistance to its damage
- Combat Discipline - will increase the damage of this combat art and lower its regeneration time if it is placed in a combo.
- Damage Lore - will improve the chance, duration, and strength of Weaken (secondary damage effect) triggered by Lightning's magic damage.
The following attributes will affect this combat art:
- Intelligence will increase its damage and spell intensity
- Stamina will lower regeneration time
Usage Strategies
- Modding for single-target heavy damage: Heavy Damage - Heavy Damage - Critical
- Modding for max crowd control and area of effect (AoE) damage: Chain Lightning - Chain Lightning - Explosion
- Or mix and match the modifications to get the desired mix of damage and area of effect.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Reduction of enemy stats from a high Chance for Weaken will cause them to be increasingly vulnerable to subsequent attacks.
- Works very well in clustered groups of enemies if modded correctly.
Cons
- Not a true AoE, as it requires at least 2-3 enemies in a bunch for its full damage potential. A single monster will not be affected by AoE damage and will not result in a Chain.
