Quick Walkthrough
Outside of the tavern there's a man, the Whisky Dealer. He will drop a whisky cask, that you should deliver to the innkeeper in Drakenden. If you complete the quest, then you'll have to return to the Whisky Dealer, who will give you other casks to sell for 1000 gold.
If you right click on the cask, you will fail the quest, but you will get some cute blue butterflies on your head.
