Talk to Mage Galdar again. The main door to the Lost Crypt is locked, so you will have to use the back door. This other door is magically sealed, but Mage Galdar can break the seal with a bone harp. He needs the hair of a Harbinger of Death and the humerus bones from four Servants of the Harbinger of Death to construct the harp.

The entrance is barred! How inconvenient. But I read some old documents that told about another entrance. This second entrance is sealed with a strong magical barrier. It won't be easy to neutralize that spell. I need a bone harp for that. Get me a lock of hair from a harbinger of death and four humeri from his servants.
Fortunately, you will not have to go far to gather the quest items.
