After completing the task Officer Pethyr gave you, he sends you over to speak with the Commander. The Commander says Pethyr must have been very impressed with your work and he asks if you might be interested in another task. Weapons are continuously being stolen from the armory and somehow ending up in the hand of the outlaws they have been fighting lately. He has assigned someone to it already and he asks that you go and make contact with this person, (Informant Harold), see how his investigation is progressing and help if you can.
