Ok Head to Pete’s boat (it’s the more easterly of the two just East of Pete – the middle set of the three stairs will lead you to it) and you will be teleported to Jail Island. Head North onto the raised pier, then east to its end to find the quest marked enemy ‘Fisher’. Kill the fisher and return to Pete the Fisher (run back to the boat moored at the short wooden pier where you appeared) in Thylysium for your reward.
