Certain Item Modifiers appear at certain Item Tiers and above.
Below is a list of which items are restricted to certain tiers.
Tier List
Tier 12 Only
- Regeneration Time: [Aspect] -X%
Tier 11 and Above
Tier 10 and Above
- All Skills +X
- Opponent level for death blow X%
- Aspect: [Aspect Name] +X
- Block Chance X%
- Both "Block Chance" (General) and "Block Chance: [Type]"
- Life Leeched Per Hit +X
- Leech Life From Opponents +X%
- On Weapons Only
- Chance to Reflect: Close Combat +X%
- On Shields Only
Note: Some of these Tier 10 modifiers may appear at a lower tier. It was not possible to accurately test this hypothesis currently and will be updated in the future.
