The Sticklewort Patch is a small alcove tucked in the mountains that form the western border of the The Cursed Forest region. It is just west of the Last Stand. The only reason to visit this area is during The Scent of Life quest, given by Amantha (she's located at the a derelict manor. She wants you to gather some sticklewort herbs only found here.

The nearest monolith and boat portal are located at the Derelict Estate. Head west through Field of a Thousand Screams and past the Last Stand to reach the area.
