The Numak River is basically the only major river within the Nor Plat: The Orc Region. It begins it journey in the far south at Gronkor's Outlook flowing north into the Dragon Sea.

Depending on what part of the Numak River you want to visit, the portal at either Ruka or Entruag should put you within easy walking distance of your objective.
