Detailed Walkthrough
As you likely know by now, Orc society is not a peaceful one. As such, there are casualties. The Ogre Shaman Brartislartfass is a sort of physician who tends to those who have been injured in battle. He's in dire need of some Goblin tendons to fix some proud Orc warriors up who have had their various limbs slashed up. Your task is to get 3 hands of 5 (or 15 for those who can count past 10 without removing their footwear) of tendons. Apparently, the Orc organ donor program works a bit differently than the human variation. Go and kill 15 Goblins, retrieve their tendrils and return them to Bartislartfass for your reward.
