Harol the Informant's plan begins to bear fruit. The two of you go back to the weapons dealer's camp and you get to talk to the weapons merchant who will take some gold from you (don't worry, it's not out of your pocket). He will tell you to talk to his comrade in arms near the west entrance to Black Oaks. You then talk with him and he'll give you details to when the merchandise will be available. - Follow him into Black Oaks
- Go to the entrance to the basement under the house
