Stats will scale based on Coldcrow's level. Use the above stats as a guideline. Location Coldcrow is located in the region of Nor Plat. She can be found stalking the road leading to the port of Bulutuz. Battle Notes Racial Type: Amazon Coldcrow has a decent boost to her movement speed and chance to evade. She also has a bonus chance to inflict open wounds. Coldcrow has additional damage mitigation against ice damage. Fire is her only weakness. Special Abilities: Frost Aura - an ice damage aura similar to the Paladin's Holy Freeze. It slows your movement and attack speed. Bleeding Hard Hit - a hard hit attack with boosted attack rating and damage with an extra 50% Chance to inflict Open Wounds. Freezing Hard Hit - evidenced by blue trails when she uses it, this is a hard hit attack with boosted attack rating and damage that debuffs your movement speed for a few seconds.
