Shareefa is the sorceress advisor to Prince Valor.
We will meet her for the first time at the abandoned fortress in Tyr-Fasul where Prince Valor has taken refuge after fighting the orcs in Urkuk. She will open a portal to the Oasis of Ahil-Tar so we can go and investigate why the orcs are going north.
We meet her again in the sewers of Braverock, and after showing her the Sakkara Demon's horn, she will accompany our hero to the Monastery of the Seraphim in search of a weapon to defeat it. That weapon will turn out to be The Heart of Ancaria, which she will order us to get.
After gathering the four elements of Ancaria, we meet her in Mystdale Castle and she sends us to Shaddar-Nur for two final pieces: The Element of Void and the Black Book of Sakkara.
Shareefa helps Prince Valor in his revolt against DeMordrey and accompanies us to The Forge of the Ancestors, where she will unite the five elements we have gathered to form The Heart of Ancaria. Shareefa will use the Sakkara Demon's horn and the Black Book of Sakkara to summon Ilith'Bah and thus be able to banish it.
After defeating the Sakkara Demon, Shareefa reveals herself to be Shaddar, who has used you to corrupt The Heart of Ancaria with the demon's blood and plans to seize its power.
