Back to Bestiary

Loromir of Drakenden also called Loromir Protector of Honor is a dragon in Ancaria. He is not, however, an enemy; rather, his role is that of a NPC in that you may interact with him, and in fact, he will provide a series of quests to you.

Loromir has fallen in love with Lara Aimée, an Amazon and the Princess of the Dragonslayers. He will ask you to bring Lara to him so that he can talk to her.

When you bring Lara to Loromir, the rest of the dragon hunters arrive and attack him without success. Lara changes her mind, recognizing the dragon's wisdom and decides to stay with Loromir and protect him.

Later Lara sends you to find a diamond-tipped toothpick, as one of the dragon hunters got stuck in Loromir's teeth. Here Lara affectionately calls him "Loro".

Finally Loromir ask you to bring four knight to him so he can teach them the old laws of honor and honesty. Loromir will reward you with a Orbus Dracos that you can socket at the blacksmith.

After the last quest, if you talk to Lara, she mentions that Loromir can take human form and that they are going to get married.

Loromir is one of the two characters to whom you can give the Dragon Egg sold by the merchant outside Mystdale Castle, he mentions that the egg is from a dragon of his clan.

Killing Loromir

Loromir is the only dragon in Ancaria you can't kill, or can you?

In multiplayer, if a Seraphim cast Conversion, a Dark Elf cast Confusion or a Vampiress cast Mind Control, it's posible to make Loromir attack another player, in which case that other player will be able to attack and deal damage to Loromir.
