After wiping out the Constructs, head east to the river and then turn north. You will find a shallow spot where you can ford. Fight your way west and north to the road, and you will easily collect the five Flameskins you require. Once you hit the road, just turn east and return to Bob Zombie.
Bob is very pleased and gladly gives you your reward.
