The Commander is in charge of a small garrison east of the Wargfels portal. You're there to ask for some medical aid for Fisher Gisbert. Gisbert has a badly infected leg from an wood cutting accident. Luckily the Commander knows him and agrees to let his Field Surgeon travel to his home and attend his wounded leg.
Location
- Commander-NPC can be located east of the Wargfels portal along the main road towards Black Oaks.
