He asks if you could gather the fish from his trap along the shore and since he seems to be in a bit of pain you agree to help out. There are a total of three traps to collect fish from. One just south of you and 2 more a short walk north, on either side of the bridge. You're done fairly quickly and return to Gisbert with haul.

Detailed Walkthrough

You'll find Fisher Gisbert along the banks of the West-Skookemchuck River, just below the Wargfels portal. It's a seemingly blissful scene of an old man whiling away the time fishing on the dock. But when you speak to him you'll learn that he's hasn't been very lucky lately. He fell off a roof last summer and broke his arm. And if that wasn't bad enough he recently cut his leg while chopping wood.
