Talk to Rangald to learn that they have some furs that need escorting to a merchant in Sloeford.

Talk to Ragna after accepting the quest, or she and the Ox won’t follow you.

Head north from the Hunter Camp and then west over the river. Continue following this road west and then south to Sloeford, killing Kobolds and Bandits as you go. Ragna and the Ox will teleport to your side if you get too far ahead, but will run away from combat, so as long as you take things steady, you shouldn’t have too much trouble.
