Detailed Walkthrough
With a bag of gold, Charolus sends you to his carpenter in Orcish Byway. After a short walk you arrive in town, the carpenter is located near the center of town. Head over to him and discuss the new boat. Eyeing the bag of gold, he obliges and starts the work on the new boat. He tells you that it'll take a few days and to return when he is finished. While you are in town you head over to see Charolu's wife to tell her the news about the boat.
