This is a Spell Damage Based Combat Art.

Skills and Attributes
The following skills will affect this combat art:
- Primal Magic Lore - improves combat art damage, critical chance and casting speed, allows for modification points.
- Primal Magic Focus - reduces regeneration time and allows for higher level combat art without penalty, allows for modification points.
- Concentration - directly improves regeneration time
- Ancient Magic - directly improves combat art damage and lowers opponents' resistance to its damage
- Combat Discipline - will increase the damage of this combat art and lower its regeneration time if it is placed in a combo.
- Damage Lore - will improve the chance, duration, and strength of Burning (secondary damage effect) triggered by Fissure's fire damage.
The following attributes will affect this combat art:
- Intelligence will increase its damage and spell intensity
- Stamina will lower regeneration time
Usage Strategies
- Fissure has a high innate Chance for Burn (70% at max level if Magma mod is taken), the duration and damage of which is amplified greatly by Damage Lore.
- Modifying with Magma - Lava - Heat will maximize the burning powers of this spell.
- The Heat modification can significantly soften up enemies for further attacks and spells inflicting fire damage.
- Can typically have 2 castings (4 volcanic vents) active simultaneously.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Good area of effect spell with good range. Enemies do not have to be directly on top of the vents to be damaged by them.
Cons
- Takes time for each casting to inflict its full damage payload.
- No way to decrease the cooldown or increase the duration.
