Usage Strategies
- Useful for when enemies swarm. Launch it after Frost Nova for a one-two AoE punch.
- Bronze mods apply their debuffs for 5 seconds. This duration slowly scales as Nova levels up, lasting for 15 seconds at max levels. These debuffs stack with each cast, but are subject to diminishing returns, so will never reduce the opponent's attack rating or attack speed to "0".
- With the Expansion mod, the radius of the Nova can be almost tripled at max level. Even without Expansion, Combat Art Range +X% can boost the radius of the nova to be quite large.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Good area of effect damage spell
- Can slow down and stun enemies
Cons
- Enemies need to be close to the Sorceress
