Talk to Chief Astronomer Nomengalus to learn that he needs a shipment of spare parts taken to workers waiting to fix a leaking T-Energy transmission pipe.

Take a good look! It's very impressive, isn't it? I bet you've never seen an observatory this big before. That's a bet that I can't lose, because this IS the biggest observatory in all of Ancara. We like to call it the Celestial Dome. My name is Nomengalus and I am the Chief Astronomer of the Celestial Dome. I'd love to offer you the opportunityt to take a peek at the heavens through our telescope, but we're having problems with our T-Energy pipeline. My worders are taking care of it, but I fear they may not have all the parts they need. Could you do me a favor and take these components to my men?
