Now that Wylmieni has identified The Undead Legion as the enemy, you can start to fight it. Wylmieni explains she can make some potions against undead, but she needs some ingredients. She needs some water bottles from undead sorcerers for the cooking, so you'll be in need to find four of them and pick up their bottles.

Get me some water bottles from Skeleton Mages!

The danger is great. Very great! We must stop the Undead Legion hordes. Our valiant attacks have at least managed to gain us some time. We'll need it too, so I can concoct some potions that are particularly effective against the undead. You can't destroy them with it, but you can at least prevent them from rising up again once they're on the ground. For this I need water bottles from skeleton mages. I could use Marigolds from Hissil'Ta as an alternative, but we don't have enough time to get those anymore. Would you try and get some water bottles for me?

You find the sorcerers very close to the Broken Lance Tavern; this time you are lucky and don't have the need to walk too much. You only have to head north and walk for a while to find the first one; then you will find the other very near. You kill four undead sorcerers (and whatever that moves nearby) and pick up their bottles.
