Your last memory is fuzzy, the sounds of battle resounding in your ears while your life slowly leaks away. Everything quiets as you inexorably slip into death's embrace. Then you hear voices, see the flame of torchlight against the back of your eyelids. You're alive!! How can that be? What is going on? As your eyes focus and take in your surroundings, you see a magician within a few steps of you. He must know what is happening.
Necromancer Syliar seems surprised to see you before him. He mutters something about the initiating sequence not going as planned. Before you can try and understand what he meant, Syliar commands a rough looking guy,Tybor to kill you!
