Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to the Guard of the Inquisition on the east side of the temple, then head into the underground area of the temple.
Look for Officer Rinah in the underground headquarters!
Welcome to our Temple! Quite an impressive building, wouldn't you say? I take it you're looking for lucrative assignments? Well maybe Rinah has some for you, she is my superior. You'll find her down in the prayer rooms.
You may find some Cellar Rats down here. They do not always appear. There are quite a few boxes and chests to loot.
Once you find Lieutenant Rinah talk to her to complete the quest.
