After fighting off all of the waves of attackers, head back and check on Khormynth. The ritual succeeded but he is too weak to travel.

Find the Abishai of Dissension and destroy it!
The... ritual is finished. And I... am exhausted. I'm not as young as I once was, you see. I will catch my breath before returning to the refuge and make another plan to kick Dianjaa's backside! You are on your own from here. But be careful! Even after the blood lake has been destroyed, the path to the Abishai won't be easy.
Oh, it seems the entrance to the cave is blocked now. I am sorry. But I will open a teleporter for you. I should have enough power left for that.
