Transportation
There is a monolith west of the manor if you happen to have active. Or use the boat portal or monolith at a derelict manor and head south over the Red River to reach the manor.
Enemies
You will find Seekers, Draconic Dragonflies, Mage's Curses, Blood Drinkers, Skinned Ones and Demonic Eyes.
