All the history about the Derelict Manor was lost when the building burnt down. Rumor has it that it was destroyed during the Great War but only in stories and fireside tales passed down thru the generations. Lilly may be a descendant of the original family but she is lost in her own sorrow, and neither she nor the ghosts will reveal their knowledge.

Transportation
Head west from the Clearview portal. Alternatives would be to head east and then north from Benny's Corn Circles or to head north from High Elf Outpost 2.
Enemies
You will find lots of Undead in the surrounding area, and Energy Beings within the Ruins.
