Detailed Walkthrough
As you're traveling through the Orc region southwest of Entruag you hear the noise of battle coming from a small camp. As you approach you see 4 Orc Thugs fighting one ogre. Four against one is never fair even if that is one of the biggest ogres you have ever seen. You enter the battle to even the odds a bit and soon defeat all 4 thugs.
Brutak thanks you and says those thugs wanted to kill him because the one he loves is from another clan. You know the orcs and ogres are very tribal and there's usually a feud going on between at least a few of them. But he says neither clan is fighting each other. You are a bit confused until Boccachia exits the small tent. She's an orc! You've seen a lot of things in your journeys but an orc and an ogre in love is one of the stranger things you've encountered. They were banished because of their love and you can't help but feel sorry for them. You ask if you can go and talk to the clans but Boccachia is certain they will not listen.
You head to the clan village to the southwest in SchlunZum. You talk to the Orc Chieftain Kanak about the situation. He explains he cannot allow this romance to continue. You're an outsider and don't know how they think. They're more concerned with making sure the clan doesn't die out because there are no babies being born.

As you talk to him you're interrupted by an attack from some Orcish Besiegers. You kill them off and return to Kanak. H's had a little time to think on it and says he won't change clan rules but if they agree to stop the romance they will be let back in the clan. Well it's a start, at least you got him to make one concession. Maybe on the trip to the lovers he'll change his mind about the whole thing.
So you escort the chief back to Brutak and Boccachia. You explain everything to Brutak and he says he'd rather be an outcast than lose Boccachia.
At this point Kanak goes hostile and attacks you. So much for changing his mind. Killing Kanak had a rather nice, though unintended result. His death makes Brutak clan chief. He can now return with Boccachia and no one will stop him and Boccachia from being together. Problem solved. You wish them well and head off to toward the Seraphim region.
This end part 4 of the chain quest. Part 5, Nature Versus Creation take place on the Seraphim Island.
