Talk to Andreala. Apparently she is your niece and she has been looking for you. There is a dispute over the will of a recently deceased relative, and in order to settle the in-fighting over who gets the land, they have decided to summon the ghost of the deceased and ask him directly. However, the ritual requires three spellcasters from his bloodline, so they need you to help.
Just talking to Andreala (and agreeing to help) completes this part of the quest.
For the next part you need to head east out of Thylysium and follow the main road to the farms around the first junction you reach. In the building on the northwest side of the junction you will see Mage Kommket, Mage Ullilar, and Gernott.
You need to talk to Gernott for the next quest of the chain, The Ritual.
