Detailed Walkthrough

Talk to Surgeon Lawaon to learn that an agent of the Inquisition needs warning of a threat to her cover.

Head directly south from the Surgeon Lawaon until you reach the docks area. There are usually a few Hired Bandits and a Hired Assassin wandering around, although they don’t always attack on sight. Keep heading south into the docks until you reach a dungeon entrance. Follow the road west here, and keep heading west onto a short pier.
