Talk to Negotiator Jingid. Kill Negotiator Jingid, Negotiator Silas and Negotiator Garbor. Talk to Mediator Hardim. Detailed Walkthrough Talk to Mediator Hardim to learn of the peace negotiations that he wants disrupted. Head to the north gate of Thylysium (the quickest route is northwest through the senate building, then north on the main road). Just outside the city gate, follow the dirt track leading west to a viewpoint. Another route would be to walk around the outside of the Arena. When you reach the shoreline, follow it northward until you reach a bridge. The people you need to assassinate are on the other side of the bridge. Cross over the bridge onto the island and talk to Negotiator Jingid. Kill all three negotiators Jingid, Silas and Negotiator) when they become hostile. They all have magic defence, so any weapon other than magic is best. Return to Mediator Hardim for your reward when all three are dead. Logbook Entry Notes This quest is Shadow path only.
