Detailed Walkthrough
This quest begins as the previous quest, In Accordance with Nature ends - you don't have to find someone else to begin it after talking to Knickknack the Goblin. Head North along the path on the West side of the river until you reach the Kobold village. Find and talk to Tschakschak the Exiled (use the map below if you're having difficulty finding him). He'll tell you that the Kobold chef's soup is sending the Kobolds who drink it crazy.
Head North through the village until you find Master Chef Niggle. You might want to kill any other Kobolds in the area before talking to him, as he will become hostile immediately after telling you that his soup won't agree with you.
Return to Tschakschak, but it seems he's gone a bit mad too - maybe there's more at work than just some dodgy soup...
Kill Tschakschak to complete this quest. The next part of the chain begins when you reach Thylysium (see map below for a possible route).
