Talk to the Spy of the Inquisition in the Forgotten Gardens to receive a letter.

Head east to Sloeford. If the Sloeford portal is active use that to get there. Otherwise, you will need to walk.

Ker Priest Gordani will be wandering around in the centre of the village. Talk to him to receive your reward.
