Talk to Officer Rewilneth. He is inside the military camp just north of Clearview.

Head south to the Broken Lance Tavern. You will find Soldier Malken standing just outside the door to the tavern.

Talk to Soldier Malken to complete this quest.

If you have the Community Patch installed, it is not possible to start The Undead Legion chain quest until you complete this quest.
