The Orc Cave is a popular location for good experience and also good item drops. It is located east of Khorad-Nur, passing under the riverbed. A second entrance is east of the river, by the cliffs.
There are always Orc Chieftains and Orc Champions in the cave, these higher class opponents generally provide better rewards. The obvious extra bonus is that you can exit and re-enter the cave, respawning the enemies immediately.
