Quick Walkthrough
- Talk to Brutus Plutocratio
- Kill 10 Escaped Slaves and pick up the Slave Shackles they drop
- Talk to Brutus Plutocratio
Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Brutus Plutocratio to learn of the slave escape.
Head Northwest along the road from the Broken Lance Tavern, continuing Northwest when the road turns West.
Kill the ten slaves in the area, picking up the slave shackles they drop, then return to Brutus and talk to him for your reward.

- Note: This is the shadow chain quest counterpart to the light chain quest The Slave-driver
- Note: You will automatically receive the quest Mutiny? once you have spoken to Brutus, and the five slaves nearby will become hostile
- Trivia: The quest giver's surname, Plutocratio, is most likely based on the work 'Plutocrat', i.e. a member of a plutocracy - a wealthy class that controls the government of the area
