When you talk to Alchemist Geroda after completing the Ghost Energy quest, he asks you to deliver your notes to another alchemist.

This alchemist, Alchemist Jacobas, lives on the other side of the wall that separates Tyr Lysia and Artamark from each other.

You need to go to Griffinborough. Alchemist Jacobas is straight north from the southern entrance to the city.

Talk to him to complete this chainquest.

Note: This quest concludes in Griffinborough in the Human region. You will not be able to complete this quest until you have access to that region.
