Quick Walkthrough
- Talk to Lord Alcander.
- Exterminate the vermin in the summerhouse.
- Talk to Lord Alcander.
Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Lord Alcander to learn that he needs his summerhouse clearing of vermin.
Head north from Lord Alcander until you reach the merchant. Cross west over the river here and follow the northwest road until you reach the last house on the right (north); you should be near to another personal chest.
Kill the vermin (Spiders and Rats) that have infested the house and then return to Lord Alcander for your reward.
You can now talk to him again for the next quest in the chain, A Good Deed.

- Bug: Although the dialogue states that the summerhouse is beyond the city gates, it is not.
