If you read the book [[Sacred 2:Book 1 - Orcish Cooking|Orcish Cooking]], there's no real hint at the utter depravity found in the recipies served in Ruka. The Slimy Gobs and Goo are tame in comparison to the [[Sacred 2:Lukewarm Swill with Lumps|Lukewarm Swill with Lumps]]. You really don't want to know what's in it. Trust me. It's probably best to avoid these quests before dinner time or you may lose your appetite. Likewise, it would be best to avoid doing them immediately after a meal.
