Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to the Aristocratic Spy to learn of the Inquisition incursion into the area.
Head back down the hill where the spy is camped and strike out West until you reach a lake. Head Northwest along the lake’s edge until you reach the ruins where the Inquisition guards have set up camp. Kill the two guards and the Officer that are near the East side of the ruins, then head West through the ruins to find the last guard you need to kill.
Head back to the spy for your reward and the next part of this chain.
