Quick Walkthrough
Once you find Judriel, and talk to her, she will ask you to give A letter to her beloved Romdreal (Poor ripoffs of Romeo and Juliet?). Once you accept it, she gives you the letter, and you must give it to Romdreal.
You can find Romdreal directly in front of the Temple Entrance. (From Judriel, make A right, and go around the circle). Once you talk to Romdreal, he will read The Letter. You must then talk to him again, and he will say some cheesy monologue sbout "How he cannot exist without love". Well, apparently, the Senate Aldes do not like that idea very much at all, and will start attacking you.
Once you defeat those pushovers, Romdreal will follow you. You must now take him back to Judriel. Just backtrack your steps, and you will complete the quest!

Notes
Sometimes, Judriel will not follow you after you give him the note, and after you talk to him again. In this case, just reload from the Resurrection Monolith in Thylysium.
