What is absolutely great about this ring is that even in Niobium, it comes with a minimum level requirement of 1. Regarding the bonus to Mental regeneration, regeneration spells, magic damage and Reiki, this places this ring in the top list for a starter Battle Mage, as far as you got a niobium character to drop it for him.
