Detailed Walkthrough

Harol the Informant has a plan. He wants you to kill the people on the receiving end of the weapons shipment so you can then take their place.

Go to the camp on the north side of Black Oaks and eliminate all of the robbers there. Then go back and report that the task is done to Harol.

Talk to Harol back in the tavern. He's spotted the dealer and wants you to go with him to the meeting.

The dealer remarks that this linr of work must be very profitable lately. He was expecting some 'filthy bums'. You wonder if he is getting suspicious but he says nothing further and asks for the gold to complete the deal.

This end part 4 of the chain quest. Talk to the weapon dealer again to begin the 5th part, Tailing.
