You will find Melissa Adgrema in Bellevue standing next to the portal.
After you get the quest, you need to collect 10 goblin hearts from goblin warriors. You will find them in several spots between Bellevue and Silver Creek Once you have 10 goblin hearts, return to Melissa Adgrema and deliver them in order to complete the quest and obtain the reward.
